I’m Nic or Nicole. I’m in my early 20s, currently living near Death Valley. I was born in Los Angeles, grew up in San Diego, and have spent my adulthood between LA and South Carolina. I currently work as a copywriter. I was a VFX artist for a couple of years, and then worked as a digital colorist. I still freelance from time to time. I’m back in school with the far-off goal of eventually being a foster home caseworker.

My interests include writing, painting, costuming, and classic cinema. My blog is a mix of fandom, art, photography, politics, social issues, and fashion.

I’m relatively quiet and introverted. Friendship and honesty are the most important things to me. I have an A+ girlfriend, group of friends, and cat.

Fandoms: Star Wars (mainly the Expanded Universe), Sherlock (BBC), Breaking Bad, Battlestar Galactica, Legend of Korra, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Firefly, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter.

Sherlock (BBC): There’s nothing in this fandom I dislike. It’s terrible. My two endgame ships are Sherlock/John and Lestrade/Molly. I also love Sherlock/Moriarty, Anthea/Mycroft, Molly/Irene, Anthea/Sally, Lestrade/Mycroft, Sherlock/Irene, Lestrade/Sally/Anderson, and yeah, everyone/everyone.

Star Wars: My favorite works are ESB, ROTJ, The Thrawn Trilogy, Balance Point, Star by Star, Stover’s ROTS, Watson’s prequel and intertrilogy ‘verses, Sacrifice, Invincible, Outcast, Omen, Invasion comics, and Legacy comics if I’m in the right mood. My passions revolve about the Solo/Skywalker clan and their stupid life choices. I also love pilots, wayward teenage Sith girls, Alderaanians/Organas, Corellian spies, smugglers, and other COOL SPACE PEOPLE.

Leia, especially EU!Leia, is my favorite fictional character to ever exist. I can (and will often) drunkenly talk about her shitty parenting, awesome childhood, tragic Disney princess trope of an adult life, lady boner for politics, and general angst for hours. Also, Carrie Fisher is my hero.

My only literal OTP is Leia/Politics. My other SW ships include Han/Leia, Luke/Mara, Jaina/Jag, Jaina/Jag/Zekk, Ben/Vestara, Obi-Wan/Siri, Siri/Ferus, Bail/Breha, Anakin/Tahiri, Corran/Mirax, Obi-Wan/Anakin, Obi-Wan/Bail, Tenel Ka/Tahiri, Wedge/Iella, Leia/Winter, Jacen/Tenel Ka, Wes/Hobbie, Wedge/Wedge’s reflection, Lando/Mara, Lando/Tendra, Mara/Leia, Leia/Daala, Mara/everyone Mara’s ever shared a page with, Padme/Siri, Ferus/Roan, Jag/sadness, Raynar/Daala’s homosexual personal assistant I forget the name of with the ferret that lived in his jacket, Allana/Lando Junior.

My favorite non-SW female characters are Laura Roslin, Molly Hooper, River Tam, Sansa Stark, Jane Bennet, and Lady Sorsha. There’s some dudes too, but whatever.
